Save your money and just use MFP as intended.0

Yep....Overpriced garbage, unnecessary junk, can make a better shake for a fraction of the cost at home.0

Here we go again. Just use MFP for free. No need to throw money at anyone.0

I have tried it. Bought 2 bags this past year. It's expensive. I like it, but it's too expensive for me to keep buying even with my Beachbody coach discount. I'd rather just buy regular protein powder and add what I want into it if I am looking for a shake. It's much cheaper. Honestly, if you are looking for a shake make one yourself and take a multivitamin to make sure you're getting the rest of the vitamins and whatever you need.-1

Its NOT Garbage as there is a lot of good stuff in it... BUT it is overpriced...way overpriced... My Wife an I both are using the bag we got from her Body Pump Challenge pack. we use it for meal replacements the night before weigh in... IF you want to try something like it but don't want to pay thru the nose... Go to your health food store or organic place and ask about their RAW stuff... its almost exactly like shakeology and 1/4 the price.-1

Very expensive.
They won't tell you what is in it!
It has been mentioned here that it may or may not cause kidney problems.

Incredibly overpriced, however for whatever reason I do have less cravings and more energy when I drink it daily. I really have no clue why. I bought it discounted with a challenge pack over the summer and it was about three weeks in when I realized I hadn't craved ice cream or sweets in weeks, which is odd for me. I don't think it's a miracle product by any means and you can get all the benefits by making your own shake for much cheaper, but I do like the convenience of it.

I used it for 3 months because I was told it could improve my symptoms from Crohn's disease. The taste wasn't that great. I had to make it with PB and a banana in order for it to be palatable. Within a couple weeks of using it, it started making me extremely nauseous and sick to my stomach. I stopped drinking it after that.0

I had a free sample when I had bought some BeachBody videos a ways back. I thought it was fine (well, as fine as any protein shake can taste), but I would never pay the price for it.
I make my own with a protein powder from Walmart, some powdered "super greens" (since I sort of like to throw away a little bit of money on silly stuff, but only like $20 a month, lol), and take a multivitamin and fish oil daily. Pretty much cover my protein and vitamin bases, for 1/3 the cost of shakeology.0 -
yeah its not the best I suggest that you just get a blender and make your own shakes.0
