My name is Colleen. I started FP recently. I did use FP about a year ago. I realize I need to use this tool in order to reach my goal! I refuse to give up!

Good attitude!! I also realized that I need MFP to reach and later maintain my goal(s)... this is definitely a lifestyle change and not a diet!0

Hi There! So Happy to be back. I am pumped. This fall, I joined an exercise class and the fitness instructor has motivated me to reach goal. I know I need to exercise 6 days a week. I also know I need to track my food and exercise. I think FP is an amazing tool. I feel in control. Looking for friends that are experiencing this same journey. Supportive friends is so important. I am learning to navigate FP. There is so much to learn. I know I am worth it! Hope we can help each other. All the best on your journey!0
