Down 53 lbs!

I wasn't going to post until I lost 100 lbs., but I'm really excited that I am more than halfway to reaching that big goal! I am proud of the changes that I've made, and the direction my life is going because of it. Eating was my coping mechanism for a long time, and it was easy to keep eating and hide to the point of where I felt invisible. Working out and changing my lifestyle and finding healthy coping mechanisms for life stress is hard, but it is possible to change - anything is possible if you work at it, even if it's a day or a meal at a time. I'm so excited to see what 2015 has in store for me!
