Hi,
Just wondering how do work out calories from baking and making things from scratch?
Example: If I bake a cake do I add all the calories in the ingredients and then divide them by 8 if I get 8 slices of cake therefore calories per serving?
If so this method would work for everything?
Any ideas and thanks in advance.

Yes, pretty mush that is how you do it. You an use the recipe builder in MFP. Watch the ingredients you select as many of them are not always accurate.

It's very good & quick to do. Save as recipe, then you can always add it.0
