Anyone cycling want to share their diet and exercise tips

I've been cycling on my trainer indoors. Too cold and snowy for outside where I live. I've been trying to bike 2-3 times a week, when I'm not running. I've just been watching my cadence and biking 5 min at 80, and 5 at 90.0

Anyone cycling want to share their diet and exercise tips
If you could refine your question a bit, that would help with answers. Are you looking to lose weight? Maintain weight? Gain weight?
How many hours per week do you want to ride? What are your goals (upcoming race, endurance event, trip)?
I'm in base training phase for next year at the moment, so I'm trying to get 7 - 10 hours in on the bike each week during December.
