I know low carb things like atkins are really not good, but i need to cut back my sugar and carb intake tremendously and for a couple weeks do a low carb meal plan as a kick starter. I have the first week planned out, then i got stuck and am not sure if I should repeat the first week or change it up? If i change it up... im outta ideas!

i have things like lettuce wraps, tuna salad, avocado, stuffed peppers (no rice), smothered chicken (mushrooms, lowfat cheese, peppers ,onions), hard boiled eggs, omlet, yogurt, morning star turkeys burgers, hummus, etc.

Sometimes repeating the same menu is a good idea. Less food shopping, less headache!
Here's a couple of my fave low-carb blogs...

Satisfying eats has a 2 week meal planner for free... It's for family portions, so if you are single - just cut the recipes in half! <3
    Good luck!

There's nothing wrong with eatin low carb. If you're going to do low carb, consider eating full fat foods instead. Fat is not the enemy and keeps you fuller longer. Also, be sure to read the label on the yogurt; many low fat yogurts are full of sugar and carbs to replace the flavor lost by removing the fat.

I live a ketogenic lifestyle and eat (sugar free) bbq chicken thighs, chicken breasts in a multitude of ways (parmesan using pork rinds in place of breadcrumbs, cut up on top of salad, a little cream cheese and jalapenos on top and wrapped in bacon), Italian sausage stir fry with different low carb veggies (peppers, onions, mushrooms), bunless burger, salmon, tilapia or tuna with roasted asparagus, omelettes or scrambled eggs, spaghetti squash with avocado and cheese, mini meatloaves, celery with unsweetened peanut butter, stuffed portabello mushrooms, turkey/salami/roast beef and cheese roll-ups, tuna salad with full fat mayo, etc. The possibilities are endless really. If you have Pinterest and search "low carb recipes" you'll get about a billion ideas, too.

Consider to do a whole 30 cleanse. 30 days grains and sugar free was a great fix to cravings. There's a book to read as you do it and the nightly reading was a good motivator. Good luck!
