Ugh...... eating an elephant

I started tracking my food intake 5 days ago. Going for a low carb high protein diet. I need more energy, keep my blood sugar at an even rate through out the day and prevent myself from burn off my muscle off while only burning my fat. I am eating 5 small meals a day and i am able to keep myself full on a low amount of calories. BUT..............But........ today i blew it. While shopping at Costco I found myself eating a polish dog with the bun and snacking on Cashew Clusters. I asked myself, How did that happen? Now I'm disappointed in myself and I feel bloated. Not a good thing. So, I swear to myself, tomorrows another day and will get back onto my program starting with scrambled eggs and cottage cheese or a cheese stick for breakfast. Thank God for new days!
