Is my diet healthy?

I'm about 124lbs and 5ft7.5, exercise regularly and I want to improve my diet and make it healthier so I'm willing to take advice.
Breakfast
-Innocent smoothie (its ready made and has mango, orange juice etc)
-Shredded wheat and goats milk (cows makes my stomach hurt)
-1 Banana, raspberries and blueberries on top of my cereal
Snack
-Nuts like pistachios/cashews (about 15)
Lunch
-2 Carrots with hummus
-Cherry tomatoes
-Orange juice (about 200ml)
Snack
-1 brown pita bread with ready made creamy tomato soup (it has sugar in it, which is bad but I'm too lazy to make my own lol..)
-Green tea and lemon
Dinner
-Rice with chicken and some vegetables
-Drink is probably orange juice/water
I drink about 2 litres of water throughout the day.
Any ways to improve my diet?

Is it too little protein, too much fruit etc? How can I add protein without meat?

You could make your own green smoothies instead of bought juices.0

Instead of juice three times a day, you could have tofu, beans, lentils, chickpeas, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds.0
