Hello..I am joining this group in hopes of support. While going through my divorce I started excercising and lost 35#. I kept that off for a year and a half. Since turning 41 and having some major stress since October I have gained it back. I still workout but no where near what I used to do. I have turned into the divorced frumpy middle aged woman that I dont want to be. Hoping I can get some good advice!

Most have been through the yo yoing period. At 63 it is much harder to lose weight I find. I call it my HARD fat.
We know how to lose weight. Now we just have to do it again and learn how not to regain. I have been reading on that for months. Learned I was coming up short on protein which is not good because we have to have Protein and Fats. Have cut the carbs to <50 a day and that is helping and I do not plan to add them back over 100 grams total. Best of luck this time.-1 -
