I am posting in here bc I have fallen off the wagon in terms of healthy eating and exercise for ~1 month. I have been pigging out, not working out, and just being lazy overall.

Tmrw I vow to start over. My clothes don't fit. My skin is greasy. My stomach always hurts.

I hate this. Tomorrow will be a rough day (the first day always is) but I am looking forward to it.

Any tips for staying on track?
