Do a colon cleanse. It will empty you right out. It's not a pleasant experience, so you have to stay very close to the toilet.0

I also can't promise you'll lose any weight doing this. But I cant think of a way to lose weight in 15 hours lol
Good luck!!0 -
Sauna. Treadmill. Repeat. Repeat again.0

I compromised a bit. Exercise bike in sweats, lifting, more bike.
Thoughts on Water intake and diuretics?0 -

Lemon juice and tea are good diuretics, but I am not sure how much that will help you by tomorrow....0

Don't do the colon cleanse suggested, or laxatives, or diuretics, because none of these are good for you anyway.

Why are you worried about what the scale is going to say?
I think the only reliable method of quickly losing pounds in 15 over night would either be to give birth of you're female and pregnant or have something amputated.
I'm struggling to understand why you need to lose the weight in 15 hours... Did you eat over your calorie goal this week? Are you having an appointment with a doctor and are worried they are going to tell you something you don't want to hear?
I'm confused. The scale and measurements aren't bad - it just tells the truth. Sounds like you're avoiding or trying to avoid the truth at the moment.0 -

colon cleanses work a lot better than laxatives. I do one every couple of months. It's just a nice feeling to be 100% emptied.

But that's cheating... Isn't it?0

I've done this yoga colon cleanse several times. It consists of drinking salt water and doing a seires of simple poses. Sorry if TMI, but for me it worked exactly as described. At the end of the procedure you drink water and clean water comes right out. Not very graceful, but at least it's painless and nothing goes up your but
I guess it's not a very good idea to experiment before the competition, but you can give it a try in the future. Make sure you do some research on it, shall you decide to attempt it. http://www.yogaindailylife.org/esystem/yoga/en/140400/hatha-yoga-kriyas/basti-and-shanka-prakshalana/0 -
I've lost 18 pounds so far, I'm just looking for a little extra boost is all. Thank You all for the ideas.0

Long hard intense cardio to burn up the carbs in muscles with attached water, and don't drink enough during the session.
Don't eat many carbs afterwards to replace those burned. And drink water to minimum.
I've lost 10-15 lbs on a 3-4 hr bike ride during the summer, and that was with drinking 20 ozs every hour.0 -
Most of these ideas are dangerous. I thought we weren't allowed to suggest dangerous weight loss tactics? Your life is more important than a final weigh in.0

Eep if you want to empty your stomach drink 1 liter of water in one sitting and wait half an hour, no need for stimulates.0 -
Bake cookies for your competitors.
(I think you already look great, but I hope you win. Good luck!)0 -

It's a competition, they just want an extra push, please stop being all high and mighty.

Amputation would work... How far are you willing to go?

sour candies. spit in a cup. dry sauna. limited water. don't eat before the weigh in. this all sounds stupid but it works for competitions where you have to make weight class and geez, it's only 15 hours.0

lol this takes me back about 32 years to trying to make weight for wrestling, put on a silver sweat suite and run for a while then wrap yourself in a blanket and you can lose 2 lbs in and hour easy. remember to dry off completely. Then after weighing in drink water until you pee clear and you will be good.0

Look, I really wasn't trying to sound 'high and mighty'. I was genuinely curious.
If you're taking part in a competition and it's truly ok by the rules to do whatever you have to do to be at your absolute lightest then go for it. If it's an unstated but assumed part of competition then that raises my eyebrows a little.
Curiosity is not being high and mighty. However, none of the suggestions for losing a couple extra pounds overnight sound particularly inviting or healthy.
Each to their own, I guess.0 -

Thank you all. Heres what i did. I rode an exercise bike for over an hour did some lifting and pushups with about 9 glasses of water throughout the night. A good shower after and this morning i drank 2 cups of water an one cup of coffee. I did my bathroom bisuness as usual and weighed in before breakfast. Difference between last night and today was 5 pounds lost. However remember that morning weigh in is always lighter than afternoon anyway. I didnt do anything different with my diet or routine other than the time of day i did my workout and i added a lot of water last night. So there you go. No colon cleanse no sauna or sweat suits, no harmful diuretics, and as for that foot amputation idea well god loves me so much he saw fit to give me a spare so I won't miss it0
