I'm heeere!

I joined myfitnesspal a while ago. I am looking to get into shape and basically become more like the person I see in the mirror and less like the person I see in photos. I am having a quarter life crisis right now and just trying to make it through while maintaining what is left of my sanity and hopefully come out on the other side a better and healthier me. I struggle with depression and anxiety which, unfortunately, do not help my situation so I guess I am looking for people that possibly understand what I am dealing with.

    Welcome! I have anxitey also. Its very hard but it seems since I started working out on a daily basis since April I have seen improvement with it. Also I feel better as a whole! Good luck to you! This is a great site and is so helpful!

    I really believe that consistent exercise and a healthly lifestyle help majorly treat depression and anxiety.. When I work out and eat healthy I feel tens time better then when I don't.... I hope that this helps you figure out what works best for you... I totally understand what you mean when you talk about the person you see in the mirror and in pictures... I am so excited that you have already started loosing weight and I am here for you all the way sista!!! Love you Kayti!!!
