is a climbing, yoga, and running program a good mix? they all work different things so i think i'm good, but i most commonly here weights/ circuit training as cross training for all three of these activities

I run and I climb, I should do yoga too but don't (so very inflexible it hinders my climbing). I should think all three are a good combination so long as you don't end up doing too much.

The only thing I do think weights/circuit training help extra for is balance all the pulling from climbing.

Can't see the problem if you enjoy it. Yoga will enhance your climbing due to improved flexibility. You don't have to run but if you enjoy it, go for it. I'd rather do easy circuits on a bouldering wall for cardio. Or up-down-up-down on a top rope route.

That's a good mix. I would still do a couple heavy sets of deadlifts or Romanian deadlifts twice a week, to train your ability to lift heavy objects, like furniture, boxes, people, etc. The mechanics of that are different than climbing, yoga & running.
