Hi guys
Next Sunday I am doing a one day course for work which takes place from 8.30am to 4.30 pm. I'll eat breakfast before I leave but I'd like to bring two snacks and a lunch with me (they dont supply food). What are some ideas of lunches that can be brought with that dont need a fridge or microwave besides a sandwhich (after 13 years of school lunches I can barely look at sandwhiches haha)
Thanks in advance

I would take tuna salad with either celery to scoop it up or lettuce wraps, some cucumber or peppers and a guacamole cup, tomatoes, and a piece of fruit. Alternately, egg salad, chicken salad, a big salad with meat on it, a chopped salad, or if you eat pasta a cold pasta salad with tuna or chicken or turkey.

Yogurt, cheese, hard boiled eggs -- those will keep without refrigeration.

Cheese sticks, fruits (either whole, in a container or zip lock), portion out some (healthy) chips, crackers etc.
Slice up some veggies, (healthy protein) bars, nuts (cashews, pistachios etc)
If you can freeze something to put in w/ your meal (choices), this will help aid in your food(s) staying cold.
Can you bring a cooler w/ you and keep it in your car so you can grab things from it as you need to?
You can freeze gogurts, by the time youre ready to eat, it will be thawed out and have kept your lunch cold!

I work a 9hr shift that incorporates a 1hr meal break. I pack my meal in a cooler sack, with a thin ice pack in the bottom. For me, hard boiled eggs, sausage and cheese, almonds, celery/broccoli and ranch dressing are easy staples.
