How do I silence these demons inside of my stomach?! SOS (And no, I'm not prego, the demon inside of me is hunger. Not a baby.)

    I would dissect the reason behind it...Are you eating too low calorie for your activity, are you low on any nutrients, are you low on fat? These all can cause cravings. PMS can make your body just go haywire, so eat enough magnesium and fat at these times to help that be less dramatic. Something I am working on as well!

    I'm thinking it's PMS. I usually crave sweets but for the past couple days, I'm constantly hungry and want to eat more savory, salty foods.

    I'm like that right now. I can seriously down a few tubs of ice cream right now and a couple stacks of pancakes. I don't think I can just have one small serving.
