Have you tried PB2? It's not 0 calorie but it's close. And it doesn't contain as much fat as regular peanut butter.
OMG YES! PB2 ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!0 -
That "peanut butter" sounds horrible. It's all fillers and no actual peanuts. Not worth it in my eyes! I did find today this product made of peanuts with much less fat : http://www.bellplantation.com/1883-jars.html
I personally have tried cutting out carbs, but it's not reasonable at all, and no carbs will *usually* turn you into a raging crazypants. It just makes you miserable. I would try lowering your carb intake but making sure the ones you do have are from fruit and whole grains.
www.sparkpeople.com is a good site to sign up for, because they can make you free personalized meal plans. Keeping your diet balanced is the best idea. From personal experience anyways!0 -
I totally buy the natural PB and dump out the oil. I know this makes for a drier tasting PB, but I still enjoy it.
I just learned about PB2 today and am going to order some once they have it back in stock. Sounds amazing!!0 -
So I'm trying to cut as many carbs and fat out of my diet as possible, but I enjoy PB on toast in the mornings after my workout. I did some research online and find a good recipe for some really low carb bread (but I don't know how to cook :frown:) Can someone tell me if this is easy to make:

Also, I found some 0 calorie, fat free peanut butter and wanted to know if anyone tried it. It looks promising.

Low carb diets don't offer significantly more fat loss than other diets holding protein and cals constant...0 -
I tried that Walden farms thing and it was disgusting. It tasted like plastic.0

I find this 0 calorie peanut butter incredibly creepy.0

I doubt that "peanut butter" would even be legal in Europe. Sounds disgusting!0

my thoughts? Fat is not bad for you!! Eat some REAL peanut butter, or almond butter! I make my own, one ingredient! Tastes better and is better for you than that ummmm "food"!! Best of luck!0
