Hi everyone,
I am planning to take a body blast class at my YMCA. It is an aerobic class that uses hand weights and weight bar repetitions during the entire class. What is the best way to log it as an exercise? I did not see a option under cardiovascular and do not plan to track the number of sets and weights. Since I won't have a chance to write it down since there are no rests in between the different types of sets.
Thanks for your help. :o)

    I'd go with calisthenics.

It sounds like it is similar to Body Pump, if it's several muscle groups and the goal is low weight, high rep. You can use that. Found under Les Mills.

You can just log it as aerobics, as the weights don't add all that many calories to the burn.

Just for comparison, here is the muscle groups hit in 1 hour of BodyPump (approx 5-6 minutes per group) -
    Warm up
    Squats
    Chest
    Back/hams/glutes
    Triceps
    Biceps
    Lunges
    Shoulders
    Abs
    Cool down
