hi there !!
I lost weight i took me forever due my thyroid condition, i thought everything was under control and nope... i gained it back
So i'm starting all over again it's going to be hard i know but hopefully i will do it again i need to lose 20lbs and it's my 1st day on Keto diet .. Wish me Luck
