How often should I rest?

I've been on my diet since December 1st and I've worked out every day since I began. My body isn't showing any sign of exhaustion just yet but I am curious on how long I can work out before I should take a day or two off.

    Personally, I have 1 rest day a week. For me, my rest day is me doing absolutely nothing. Other people use their rest day as an "active" rest day where they will do more low impact things, such as walking, yoga, etc.

    I take one to two days of rest per week. How much you rest is dependent on your fitness level, what you are doing, and how you feel. What kind of workouts are you doing? What is your typical week?
