With hip surgery in the future and my weight jumping up to 308lbs... I decided to start an exercise Program and do this Paleo Diet at the same time gave myself 90 days for diet...at the end of week one (1) I have lost 9.4 lbs which is a great start toward my goal of 215lbs...Monday/ Wednesday upper body/Cardio workouts...Tuesday/Thursday lower body combined with 45/60 min swim...Friday - Sunday walking and some swimming...
