Hey, just wondered how you're getting on! I've just finished day 9, really not finding it too challenging at the moment. I'm documenting my progress on my blog and gonna put some photos up when I've finished to see if there's a difference! The link to my blog is here:

You can either do 250 bodyweight squats or you can add some weight and do a whole lot less reps for the same or better results. I'll stick to weighted squats unless it's cardio day, thanks.-2

I came across this thread this morning and decided to give it a shot. I made a cute little calendar of the squats we have to do per day and put it on my wall. Day one is completed and I'm already sore lol.0

You can download this application: 30 days squats challenge. (which serves as calendar). To avoid counting by yourself your squats, this application does it for you: squats. We just have to hold our phone by doing squats)

Checking in...I did 55 squats both days because I didn't check the calendar closely lol! I will do 60 tomorrow!0
