Day 13 done, halfway through day 14! Definitely noting a difference, I've got some pictures to post at the end

You can either do 250 bodyweight squats or you can add some weight and do a whole lot less reps for the same or better results. I'll stick to weighted squats unless it's cardio day, thanks.
