does this sound like food poisoning?

i had some chicken and it still had blood in it but had already ate some of it around noon. its now 3:20pm and im having bad diarrhea.(sorry tmi) and my stomach hurts bad. anything i can do to feel better? also i have low sodium intake im trying to raise it im lucky to get 1000 mg a day sometimes. just fyi

Salmonella has a 6-48 hour incubation period. The chicken isn't what did it.

This, and you'd have a fever as well. If you're really ill, get thee to a doctor.
