I'm 25 and stay at home mommy looking to lose 40lbs. I'm 5'6 and 182lbs. I'm wondering what steps to take and what are the best dvd's to get me there?

Hello and welcome! When I first started out I cut out all pop and started walking. DVD's I like to do at home include Leslie Sansone and Jillian Micheals.

Log everything you eat, but a scale to weigh everything. Eat less then you used to.0
