Food Scales w/ Nutritional Information?

I'm in the market for a new food scale since my current one is really irritating and very unreliable. I'm looking at a few at walmart, and one of them apparently has nutritional information built into it. I'm just wondering if anyone has had experience with these scales, and if they have any sort of accuracy/ if it's worth it.
There isn't that much of a price difference between this one and the other one I'm considering, but if it's completely inaccurate I might as well save an extra couple bucks.
Alternatively, if anyone has a favourite brand or good experience with a particular scale, that'd be great!
Thanks in advance!
