Pretty happy woman today!

Hey ya'll - I had fallen off track around thanksgiving time (probably a week or so before I started eating like I had not a care in the world and no goals at all). I packed on about 5 pounds while still working out. I have lost that weight again (officially today since my weigh in was this morning) and I am so proud to be making progress again. Not fun to lose the same weight over and over again. I won't be doing that again. Moving forward only!!
