how friends don't let friends skip leg day

overheard at the gym:

good friend: "right, we're doing squats"
friend goes to the squat rack, turns round: "I though we're doing back??"
good friend: "we are. You put the bar on your back and than you train your legs!"

so good I had to share!

Anyone else overheard little gems like this?

    Make sure leg day is on MONDAY (National chest day). No one will be in the squat rack and enthusiasm is higher on Monday than just about any other day of the week when it comes to exercise.
