Hi everybody, I am a 24 years old nanny living in England at the moment. i am really proud that i lost all the weight i wanted and my lifestyle is much healthier that it was couple of years ago but i still struggle a lot over holiday periods because of my job. I am Nanny!!!
Normal weeks i eat "healthy" monday to friday with some treats over the weekend and i go 3 to 4 times a week to the gym combining strength trainning with cardio classes, but when i need to work 12 hours a day i can not fit a gym workout over the week and staying all day at home with kids make very difficult not to snak all the time. For example just an hour ago ive made some carrot cupcakes, i left some without icing for myself and without realising i have eaten 4!!!!!
So everytime the kids r off school it mean i will eat crap and not exerise so couple of pounds on....even i dont go over my calorie goal most of the days...
Anyone out there with the same problem?when i get to the point where i feel comfortable with myself i let myself go and eat crap, drink more and exercise less...when will i learn that what i achieve is gonna dissapear if i carry on like this?
Need some advice...am i that bad or is it something that happens to more people out there?
