Hi I just started using my Fitness pal a week ago, I am very excited and hope to be able to reach my goal both for exercise and weight loss. I am 46 years old, married and I have a daughter who is 5 years old and a dog who is 8 years old. I live in Athens Greece and hope to make friends to help me gain my goals.
