    Currently doing it now while cutting. Working between 3 days of high, medium, and low carb which i have started as follows

    2300cals, 300g carbs
    2000cals, 160g carb
    1600cals, 45g carbs
    gives me a daily average of around 1850cals and 150 carbs (protein is always kept at bw+ daily)

    this has really helped keep my appetite controlled and has worked great. obviously the high and medium fall on my training days and low on my off days. I do upper lower off upper lower off off. I had to go to this type of eating routine because everytime i get below 10% bodyfat i have 2 main issues. getting rid of the last bit of bodyfat that is located on my lower abs that just wants to stick and also the lower my bodyfat goes the more i want to binge on everything in sight. I have stayed full, energy levels remain high and the bodyfat keeps falling so it has worked wonders so far.
