I am so thankful to MFP for helping me FINALLY get rid of this extra weight! I'd love to make some new friends who might be in the same boat as me: 54, survivor, married working mom, fairly warped sense of humor, agnostic, love reading & movies, Dave Matthews, The Police, U2, dogs (especially Corgis) & cats .... happy to help motivate others! I give good advice (not that great about taking my own, tho - witness the last 4 yrs of struggle & self-loathing.) I'm all about tweaking treats to fit into my calorie budget.
