i am active and train 5 times a week and am an ectomorph how many calories should i be eating

MFP will calculate that for you if you enter your goals. There are different levels of activity to choose from and different weekly weight loss goals. Just be sure not to pick a weekly goal that is too aggressive for the amount of weight you need to lose. In other words, if you only need to lose 10 pounds, a 2 pound per week loss isn't going to be feasible.0

Also, if you plan on entering your exercise separately don't consider it in your activity level. That would be double dipping.0 -
Depends on your height, weight, age, gender too. Use MFP, or find a TDEE calculator online to get a starting point.0
