I'm part of a "December Walking Challenge 2014" - you could join. It's the second one when you search for it.

    And there's a group coming up "Drop 20 by Easter 2015 ~ Starts Jan. 1st "

Plenty of other challenges so you should find something to suit you. Happy for you to friend me.

You can do this! Develop simple behaviors that will really take hold over time and get you to your goals. 30-60 minutes of exercise 5-6 days/week (I do mine at home) and healthy eating will get you results. Find a great support group for people in your journey that will help support and encourage you to stay on course. That's probably the biggest thing that got me to where I am today.

So you're looking from someone to write on your profile everyday with the caps lock on or what?

Eh...don't think it's a drill sergeant you want. Mine was always telling me how weak I was and how I wasn't going to make it through the 8 weeks. They're not the best for positive reinforcement.

Just record a man's voice saying "Get on your face" or "Start pushing earth." That oughtta do it.

yelling to me in caps is always a good thing! I am an ol' Retired Chiefs Wife, so stern words keeps me in the here and now. Yelling for the sake of yelling is not my cup of tea though. I need accountability. Maybe I am high maintenance, because the voices in my head aren't always saying what I wish to hear. I have a tendency for the need of others to keep me on track. Something I am learning. To be my own self-motivator. In the meantime a daily yell is needed. I don't have access to a computer presently at home due to the fact that some Russian Trojan virus has made its home in our circuits ACCK.... It makes me have to walk to the library and use theirs so its a good thing maybe. Add me though:-)
