Perfect Zeros Day> How close have you gotten?

So now that I've gotten the hang of tracking I really like how close I can get to my totals each day, without going over...I got to wondering if anyone has ever had a Perfect Zero Day.
Which of your tracked items: Calories/Fat/Carbs/Protein/Sugar/Fiber most often have had exactly ZERO left available at the end of the day? How many ZERO's have you achieved on the same day?

]I am challenging myself to eat a ZERO's day for fun during the month of January. Planning and cooking my meals will be a great way to pass the deep freeze of winter!
Eat all my calories- win. Eat to get healthy- win. Eat to lose weight- win.

I think that would not be the right goal for me. I am perfectly happy to come in under my targets on calories, fats, and carbs. Challenging myself to increase my intake to reach zero does not seem like a great idea.
If it works for you…go for it.0 -
Sugar and Fiber, I wouldnt be able to do lol. That is variable for me.0

Normally I would tend to agree with you! But I figure what the heck, if my levels are already set in order to see a weight loss with eating those amounts, it will be a fun challenge to keep the "diet" boredom away.0 -

I don't define a perfect day as all zeros. I want to see protein, fat and fiber in the red before I call it a perfect day. Those are my minimums. I would go crazy trying to find the necessary foods to get everything to zero.0

I too can't do zero across the board. That would drive me nuts trying to come up with the right combinations, foods, ounces, percentages....
I like to be under any day but can never get to Zero.0 -
Wow, so I've worked really hard to not gorge myself with food court fast food, granulated sugar or pop for 3 months and I am relieved and incredibly happy to not feel "deprived" while following MFP goal levels for my age/weight/height/activity level/loss goal. I hope everyone has a realistic view of their "losses" and "gains" while using this app-! You need to eat to be healthy, proper nutrition keeps you at your best, not scrimping and saving, being under your calories- live well, eat well and feel well.0

I've hit 0 days on calories a few times. Its always by coincidence though.0
