You have meals less than 200 for DINNER?! I usually have tiny meals throughout the day so I can have a feast at night lol.
Saying that, if I over eat the day before then soup it is for me. All veggies bar potatoes and it usually comes in at around 160 per portion. Or a salad. I'm not very good at super low cal meals!

They sound good, but they are snacks, not main meals!

The problem with hummus is I can't stop eating it! Once I start, it is over. Love that stuff. I have a pumpkin quinoa dish I make that works out to be about 188 calories per serving. I eat it for lunch though, because I love big dinners. My breakfast is usually 3 ounces of spinach along with 1 cup of egg whites. I put red pepper flakes and rice vinegar on the spinach and cook it in a pan with some olive oil spray.

That would make me very sad. But if I need to have dinner for 200 calories, either an egg white omelet with feta, tomatoes and spinach, or some canned tuna with a lot of veggies.

Why are you eating 200 or less full meals? That would be a smaller snack not a meal

200 calories does not equal a full meal.

    This is sad

    No.
  • You need to eat. Low calorie meals are a recipe for failure.

If I ate like this, I'd have to eat 12 meals a day. Nah, not gonna happen.

That sounds amazing, I've never thought of putting red pepper flakes on spinach, thank you I'm going to try it sometime

The OP also posted in other threads that she only eats ONE meal a day (i.e. dinner) and thinks it is okay to only eat 500 cal a day.

OP if these are all true then you need to get some professional help for your eating disorder. And you should consider stopping to offer "advice" on these forums until you have a greater understanding of your own health. You could end up giving someone the advice that ends up hurting them.
