One big benefit: I sleep much better!

With the extra daily exercise, controlled diet (result:not feeling bloated), shunning alcohol and generally feeling better about myself I am sleeping much better. I used to frequently rely on a mild sleeping aid to help me sleep through the night but not any more.

That's great! I found that when I started exercising I started sleeping much better too. Although recently my 4 year old has started disturbing my sleep as she is scared of monsters...0

I concur, once I started the exercise part of my transformation, my sleep improved considerably. In fact my wife and I compare our sleep patterns on our fitbits, and where she has constant areas of unrest, mine is solid most of the night through, with the exception of a bathroom retreat now and then.
