Who would like to do a 100 day challenge? I think it would be a great way to keep track of where we are now and where our weight loss journey can take us! I am starting today! We can keep track of our weight, goals, and encourage each other along the way!

Wow, I'm surprised no one took you up on this. I don't plan to run 3 miles a day or lose 4 sizes (I don't need to lose 4 sizes, and don't have time to run 3 miles everyday, maybe 3 or 4 days a week...) but I'm in!

I am surprised as well! Thanks for doing the challenge with me! This for each person to set their own goal so we can see what we can accomplishment and at the end see how far we have come. I am so excited about it!!! Yay
