p90x2 and ketogenic diet trying to lower body fat percentage

im on my first week of the second phase of p90x2... my profile picture is my results so far from day one to yesterday... i want to lower my body fat percentage from 18 percent to 8 percent by the end of the program.. do you think i need to change my diet or am i doing okay with the results i have gotten so far?

    First off great program! still my favortie and you are going to love your athleticism at the end. Second, Are you following the nutrition guide? If not you should, ketogenic is not very good for such intense workouts because you need more carbs to restore your energy. I am happy to help if you have any questions.     Lose body fat = eating enough protein, eating at a caloric deficit, and strength training. If you are doing all of these things then you will lose body fat and some lean body mass.
