Serious about gains....

What's up all! I've been lifting for quite some time but never taken it as serious as I've started to in the second half of this year. Normally I walk around at 170-173 lbs. Now, with a steady 40/40/20 macro diet (pro/carb/fat) I'm up to 179.5 and climbing! I'll be looking to cut once I hit 185, and hope to stay lean at around 180! That said, I could use some tips and I'm always looking for other fitness enthusiasts/body builders to share idea's with!

I supplement with Protein, Mass Gainer, BCAA's and occasionally Creatine (not currently). Dieting is my downfall and I've never had a visible chizled 6 pack. Help me reach my goals!
