How to figure out your bp range for fat burning?

It's been suggested I need to be above 140 when I exercise to get my body into that fat burning mode. I remember when I had a personal trainer 4 years ago, he gave me two ranges. One range is fat burning and a higher range was (I don't remember). Can someone explain how to figure out your range or provide a link? (and whats the 2nd range?) Thanks!

dont worry about that. just exercise. the fat burning zone how many people think of it is flawed since they dont seem to understand that it's about percentages which mean nothing unless you take the total number you are taking a percentage of into account0

I think this is what you are looking for. Everything I have read seems to suggest that you are better off exercising in your aerobic range for the best results, unless you are a body builder trying to burn the bits of fat for competitions. Or you have a heart condition and your Dr. advises against it.
