3-4 cooked chicken breast halves, chopped
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, or to taste and moistness
2-3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
3 celery stalks, diced
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Mix all ingredients. Best if it sits over night, it gets better the longer it sits. I honestly don't measure the ingredients. I have used a whole rotisserie chicken and canned chicken in a pinch. And I usually forget about the celery but it adds a nice crunch.

Today I had a 1/2 cup of chicken salad on a half of a flat out bread and it was 239 calories.

I like adding eggs to my chicken or tuna salad, but this sounds pretty much like I'd make it. Minus the onions though. Not a fan.

I haven't tried eggs with chicken salad but I have had it in tuna. Good idea!

Your recipe sounds yummy. I haven't made a chicken salad with yogurt yet. Need to give it a try.

Mygnsac...plain yogurt works for a great swap in a lot of things as long as other flavors cover it. I tried it in deviled eggs on Thanksgiving and wasn't impressed.
