I am new to this site. I am working on losing 25 pounds before next summer. I am also working on firming and toning. Looking for friends. I am in my 60s. Happy Holidays everyone.

    Thank you. I am just getting myself organized with the right food in the house so I don't start eating the wrong food. Exercise is difficult for me because of some health issues, but I think consistency should be one of the keys to firming up. What do you think; any suggestions?

    Try walking around the block if you can or just down to the end of your street. You can also invest in some resistance bands and work them with either your arms or legs.
