ok, i have a really long way to go still. in 2012 i was 160lbs. my goal is 140lbs. i gained like crazy during and after my pregnancy as i just had absolutely zero knowledge of calories and got up to 256lbs, the largest id been my entire life.
What made me change was the day i had to buy a size 22 jeans. i felt disgusted what id done to myself. my goal is still 140.. I found MFP in september 2014. i failed the first month and started again late october. Today i hit my 20lbs loss. Ive a long way to go, but anybody who is finding it tough, keep going!!
the tape measure shows where i was. same top, is now loose but ive pulled it tight to see the progress.
