Back on the rebound...

Hi, I started out at around 290 lbs, got down to around 240. Got injured, laid off and just found the coach and a sixpack way too comfy again until I snapped out of that coma at the end of September at a healthy 280 lbs or so. Now I'm back on the track, 15 pounds lighter, lifting weights, started running and paying attention to what goes in my mouth.
Ultimately I'm aiming to get below 200 lbs, but my true goals are to make sure that I eat properly and move my butt around enough to make me sweat properly at least four times a week. I figure that the weight will then take care of itself.
Anyway, nice to be here, hopefully "coming out" like this will help me in case the call of the couch will try to lure me again...
