Fat burning advice

I'm wanting to lose a stone to a stone and a half (14-21lbs) before starting some strength training to tone up but wondering what's the best exercises to do to burn fat?!

    +1. Since you only have a little to lose, you will likely get great results by pairing cardio (or HIIT) with strength training.
