Took a day off from the gym

My work sched is crazy, I work Tuesday-Saturday 6pm-2am and when I wake up early to go to the gym I am dead tired. I took the day off from the gym yesterday and i feel okay about it. Didnt go over my calories or anything but i was thinking about starting to work out after work at 3 am cause I am still up and usually don't go to bed til 530-6. I figured I could give this a try and what not and see what happens. Any thoughts?
