Row/Treadmill/bike - 5 mins
Walking lunges - 30 each

4 sets
Row/Treadmill/bike - 5 mins
Push ups- 15each

4 sets
Row/Treadmill/bike - 5 mins
Shoulder Press - 15 each

4 sets
Row/Treadmill/bike - 5 mins
Calf Raise - 30
