27/female/wedding in 1 year/fiance is deployed

So I'm 27- 5'5.5"- 134ish pounds.
My Fiance just deployed on Monday for a year. The wedding will be shortly after he returns. I need all the motivation/support I can get for the next year. So I dont turn into a food gobbling couch potato.
I plan on being very active, eating very healthy and picking up a lot of hobbies while he is gone to pass the time! haha. This is my first deployment so I am nervous how I'll handle it. My norm when emotional is to eat everything. Hoping that doesn't happen.
