I just started using my Fitbit yesterday and so far I am pretty impressed but it seems like MFP is really scrimping on the Calorie adjustment.
For example, today I went for a 2.5 mile walk and including, all of my other walking, I have burned over 1000 calories today. This may be high but I also track my walking using Nike Fit and that gave me a calorie burn of almost 300 calories, which is what I would have entered into MFP before I received the Fitbit. When I look at MFP, however, it is only giving me a calorie adjustment of 100 calories, which does not make any sense for a two mile walk. Any thoughts on the issue here?
Thanks!
