Hello there! So i have seen alot of posts about sodium, and was wondering how much is to much? My sodium is set to 2500, is that to much just enough, or keep as low as pos?
Thanks.
Thanks.

That's about the recommended salt intake from the FDA (although I've seen 2300 as well). I would consider more of a "recommended maximum" than anything, but that's just because a lot of people get too much salt anyway. In terms of how much we actually need in a day, it's more like 600-1000mg with moderate activity (based on what Livestrong says, at least). Higher activity would need a bit more sodium because they lose more through sweat.0
