New and needing friends

Hi I'm new to this site and I'm looking for friends and a community during my weight loss journey. I had a daughter 6 months ago and suffer from postpartum depression. I'm trying to eat better and exercise to help myself get better mentally and physically. I really let myself go at the peak of my depression and I want to feel like myself again. I have about 50 pounds to loose and would love some support.

    Hi there! I feel your pain. I have a 17 month old, and suffered from post partum for a few months. I was put on medication which caused me to quickly and dramatically gain weight. I'm off the meds (the depression does get better, keep at it girl!) but now am in your same boat and am looking to lose about 50 lbs. You have my support 100%, and your lil one is adorable.
